Chikara Osaka (born on 2 June 1980 in Towada, Aomori) is a Japanese voice actor who provides voices in the Japanese narration of Thomas & Friends.
He is well known for voicing characters in several animes, such as "Pokémon", "Naruto", "Golgo 13", "Tears to Tiara", "Kaiji: Against All Rules", "Guin Saga", and "Gurren Lagann". He also does the voice of Herald From "Teen Titans", Azari from "Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow", and Stone from the "Tinker Bell" films.
