Emily Helen Lee was born 1977, and she is the current and fourth controller of the North Western Railway since 2009. She was born Emily Helen Hatt, and she was the daughter of the NWR's former controller Sir Stephen Topham Hatt III and Lady Helen Margaret. She married Gentlemen Maxwell Lee in 2008, then in 2009 she became controller unexpectedly because her oldest brother Richard shockingly declined the offer so as her older younger brother Charles. 2010 she had her first child Michael Jared Lee, 2013 they had Christopher Edward Lee hopes it was going to be a girl, then in 2016 they had a strong feeling it was going to be a girl and they were correct, her name was Nancy Dorothy Lee, finally in 2020 they had Bertram Allen Lee. She became controller in 2009 after the retirement of her father Stephen, and despite her official title not being Dame Helen Lee everyone calls her that anyway, even though she would have the title Dame Emily Helen Lee IV when her dad Stephen passes away, but he is currently still living however he is not in the public eye that much.

Emily Helen Lee was born 1977 to Sir Stephen Topham Hatt and Lady Helen Margaret. When she was younger she helped her dad on the Railway. In 1992 for her first job she worked at McDonalds. Then in 2008 she married Maxwell Lee and met his parents David and Martha, they had four children. She became controller of the NWR unexpectedly in 2009. Then in 2011 she replaced Gordon with Pip and Emma, but Gordon still pulls slower express trains just not the Wild Nor' Wester. The Railway celebrated it's 100th anniversary and the RWS 75th anniversary and the TVS 30th anniversary. In 2018 Thomas went home from his world adventure, which he brought home Nia an African engine from Kenya, and also the same year she purchased Rebecca. In 2020 the Sodor president required lockdowns, so the railway stopped passenger service until 2022, and in 2020 before covid hit Sodor they celebrated it's 75th anniversary, and Then 2021 she purchased Sonny. Once Gordon was taking the slower express trains, but he broke down so she made Edward and James switch their duties, so Edward had to take the slower express trains because Gordon was getting repaired and James usually takes the slower express trains when Gordon is unable. Back in the late 60s Boco returned to the Mainland, but in 2024 she sent Boco back to Sodor, then Later that same year (2024) she brought Thomas back home from traveling around the world. Then lastly in 2025 she is planning on celebrating the show's 41 anniversary and the RWS 80th anniversary.
