James' Idea[]
THOMAS (VO): That afternoon, everyone was up and about all excited for the big poster picture. Everyone except... James. Who couldn't help but thinking about what Bill and Ben said to him.
BILL (IN JAMES' MIND): Like why that's the only color he wears?
BEN (IN JAMES' MIND): Maybe it's because it's just an annoying reminder to get on everyone's nerves.
(THE TWINS LAUGH IN HIS HEAD WHEN...)
JAMES: Oof!
(JAMES HAD BUMPED INTO A TRAIN OF EMPTY CARS THAT IS PULLED BY EMILY)
EMILY: Oh, James!
JAMES: Oh. Sorry, Emily! (JAMES CHANGED TRACKS AND STOPS BESIDE EMILY) I was just thinking of something, maybe it wouldn't hurt to have a new color for the poster. Maybe something more fly and less fuzz.
EMILY: James the Red Engine, look at me. Your paint is as fly as it is. I can't believe this is the first time you've listened to Bill and Ben.
JAMES: Yeah, but I need picture day fly. You know, I need... (HE GASPED AS HE AND EMILY SEE SPENCER HAVING A DRINK AS HIS PAINT GLISMED IN THE SUN) I need something like that.
(SPENCER NOTICES JAMES AT HIM IN AMAZEMENT BUT HE WAS CONFUSED)

THOMAS (VO): Next day came. But James was still worried about what Sir Topham Hatt will say.
(JAMES THEN ENTERS IN)

(THE SCENE CHANGES TO TIDMOUTH SHEDS THAT AFTERNOON)
THOMAS (VO): That afternoon my friends and I were all ready to take our picture taken for the poster. Everyone was there to see us get our picture taken even Bill and Ben which was exactly what Emily had planned.

THOMAS: What an adventure we had today. Did you see how James felt upset because he didn't think his paint special? Well, let me tell you. Feeling insecure can lead to some big trouble.
