Katja Brügger (born in Hamelin on September 30th, 1958) is a German voice actress who voices characters in the German dub of Thomas and Friends.
She is the wife of actor and producer Douglas Welbat and the mother of musician and fellow Thomas and Friends voice actor Daniel Welbat.
She is most famous in Germany for her audiobook and radio play voiceovers, including "Larry Brent", "Macabros", and "Masters of the Universe". She is also known for voicing Carmela Soprano from "The Sopranos", Didi Pickles from "Rugrats", Susan Maguire from "Batman: The Animated Series", various characters from "Batman Beyond", and Mrs. Cram from "Fanboy & Chum Chum".
