Kumiko Higa (比嘉 久美子, born on October 29th, 1978 in Osaka Prefecture) is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with 81 Produce, who voices characters in the Japanese narration of Thomas & Friends.
She is most famous for voicing Prince Lumen from "Spider Riders", Brash from "Live On Cardliver Kakeru", Irina Woods from "My-Otome", Eiji Saga from "Cardfight!! Vanguard", Lin Haruka, Shō, and Shou Ashigawa from "Machine Robo Rescue", Satoinu/Boartato from "Jagainu-kun", Kayoko Mashiro from "Bakuman", Minun from the "Pokémon" series, Lan Hikari from "Rockman.EXE", and Mandora Boy from "Mahou Sentai Magiranger".
As the voice of Thomas, she will take over as narrator in Series 22.
