Martin Brücker (born in 1980 in Hamburg) is a German actor who provided voices for the German dub of Thomas & Friends. He seems to have left the voice cast as Paxton is now played by Tobias Diakow.
He is best known for doing theatre work in Germany, like "Tough Guys, "Romeo and Juliet", "The Punch Bowl", and "White Horse Inn" at the Burgfestspiele Bad Vilbel. He has also done voice-overs in multiple German dubs of popular television shows, such as Suika from "Naruto" and Owen Hunt from "Grey's Anatomy".
