Set Friendship in Motion (Let's Go!) is a song from the twenty-first series and is the main theme song for the twenty-second series onwards, with altered lyrics.
It was uploaded on the official Facebook page on 3rd July 2017 and on the official YouTube channel on 13th July 2017. The full version of the twenty-second series version was uploaded on the YouTube channel on 1st September 2018.

- In both versions, before and after the chorus is sung the first time, as well as at the end of the song, part of Thomas' Classic Theme can be heard.
- The logo of Big World! Big Adventures! in the prototype version had bigger letters highlighted in blue, but the final version used mismatched sized letters that are all yellow. The prototype logo also faded on the screen, while the final on dropped in letter by letter.
- This is the only song of the twenty-first series that was not a CGI remake.
- Joseph May voices Thomas for this song. There is no version sung by John Hasler.
