Tomohiro Tsuboi (坪井 智浩, born in Saitama, Japan, September 30th, 1971) is a Japanese voice actor who was affiliated with 81 Produce and provides voices in the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends.
He is best known for voicing Shinpachi Nagakura from "Hakuōki", Izumo Kamizuki from "Naruto", Maeda Toshiie from "Sengoku Basara", Ghana from "Trouble Chocolate", Taliesin from the "Tears to Tiara" series, and Shinto Mikami from "Starship Operators".
