Yuko Mizobe (born December 6th in Beppu, Oita Prefecture) is a Japanese voice actress who provided voices for the Japanese narration of Thomas & Friends.
She is known for voicing characters in various animes such as "Level E", "Needless", "Rosario + Vampire" and "Spice and Wolf II". She also voices Jez from "Jimmy Two-Shoes".
